Tasty Thursday: Feta and Spinach Stuffed Chicken!

So, I am continuing to try out the whole cooking thing!  When sister #5 visited this past weekend, we wanted to make something delicious and nutritious for my mister and her date.  We got the recipe from Gina at  For the recipe, click here!

Cooking the filling:

Putting the filling in:

We only had colorful toothpicks, which I wouldn't recommend!

If you look closely, the colorful toothpicks left a nice tint to our chicken once they were removed :)

We also made a nutritious Key Lime Pie for dessert:
We used the recipe on the inside of the reduced fat Graham Cracker Crust!

Baby W is 11 months old today! I cannot believe it.  Party planning is underway!

Happy Thursday! :)

That chicken looks divine. I'm going to give it a try. I think I'll use regular toothpicks, though. LOL. Thanks for sharing!
